Presentation of the warranty card is mandatory for any repair or replacement of the device during the warranty period. Otherwise, all costs must be paid in cash.

The warranty only covers the main device and the accessories whose serial numbers are listed on the attached sheet. Other accessories and consumables mentioned on the invoice are not covered.

Before using the device, please read the user manual and other manufacturer recommendations carefully. The company assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from failure to follow these instructions and reserves the right to refuse service for such cases.

Use of non-original HP parts or accessories, including imitation, OEM, or compatible items, will void the warranty.

The warranty is validated by matching the device’s serial number with the warranty card and presenting the original invoice.

Consumables and accessories such as rail kits, CDs, cassettes, print heads, cables, and similar items are not covered by the warranty.

Technical defects caused by impact, breakage, water, fire, extreme temperatures, unusual environmental conditions, liquid ingress, excessive dust, electrical shock, third-party actions, or natural disasters are not covered by this warranty.

All shipping and packaging costs for transporting the device to and from the company’s central service center are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please safeguard your warranty card as duplicates will not be issued.

Any unauthorized changes to the device’s ROM, firmware, or accessories not approved by the company will void the warranty.

The buyer is responsible for creating recovery discs for devices that include pre-installed software.

Final interpretation of the above-mentioned conditions is at the discretion of the company’s service center experts.

The validity of the warranty is as stated on the warranty card. Sold devices are non-returnable under any circumstances.

This warranty is valid only within the geographical boundaries of Iran and is intended solely to identify the device under the company’s warranty coverage.
